Well, we chose
neither A nor B for the architecture prints in the living room. I couldn't commit to either, so when Wes suggested we order another set (we bought them on our honeymoon in Charleston, and I didn't remember where -- but he did), I said sold! and headed to Target for two more frames.
I finally made use of some grasscloth that was leftover from a project I helped with when I was an intern (3 years ago!). I just cut it to fit, and left the mats in tact in case we ever want to use them for something else. But for now, I'm happy to have something to cross off the proverbial list. Did you do anything productive this weekend?
Jennifer it looks amazing! great call wes.
ReplyDeleteLooks great. Good idea using the grass cloth. I need to get on some framing projects as well. Are the frames black? I think so.
ReplyDeleteIt looks great. We actually changed our kitchen lighting and now I can see what I am doing!
ReplyDeleteThey look great, Jen! Perfect compromise. And even better that it was Wes' suggestion:) I am such a sucker for a symmetrical grid of similiar prints. I put up the rest of the fall decor this weekend, yay!
ReplyDeleteSmashing! I'm totally jealous. I love what they do for your room.
ReplyDeleteThey look great!
ReplyDeletePerfect - now they fill the space and really make a statement. Great work!
ReplyDeleteIt looks great. I like the 6 together.
ReplyDeleteI finished putting our room back together after wainscoting and putting up something new in our bedroom. Nothing too exciting or tiring, which is nice. =)
Love it! It looks great :)
ReplyDeleteGood Choice! Looks great.
ReplyDeleteI love the 6, it fills the space up and is so eye catching-a conversation piece!
ReplyDeleteCan I ask you which store in Charleston you got them at? I am a College of Charleston Alum and go back often-and of course, shop!

ReplyDeleteIntact, all one word. Love the prints!!! Great blog!
ReplyDeleteNothing productive at all here- but I just LOVE what you did with the prints! They look great over your sofa, and the grasscloth mats are such a great idea!
ReplyDeleteDina,
ReplyDeleteWe got the prints at The Preservation Society of Charleston Gift Shop. They aren't old or anything, just reproduction prints. They come in packs of 4 for $60 I think.
They look wonderful! Great job.
ReplyDelete{I had a productive weekend of filing bills away and organizing junk drawers.}
Whoo hoo, that was the option C that I suggested!
ReplyDeleteI think the layout of the prints really fills the space perfectly.
Enjoy your new decor.
