A Favorite Charleston Home

I love to get a closer look at homes I admire, and was excited to see this Charleston house Michelle featured recently. The historic home was decorated by homeowners Mark and Melissa Maresca, and I first fell for it in the pages of Southern Accents. It's classic and beautiful, yet interesting; a real grown-up house (the likes of which I will never own - but love to look at!).

  4. I'm so glad you posted this. I pinned that kitchen on Pinterest awhile ago, and I had no idea where it originally came from. I think about it all the time. All the time. I LOVE it. Especially the oriental rug and the portrait.

Definitely a grown up house. Makes me feel like a college student :)

  5. I love the kitchen! Esp. those shelf brackets. And the entire house is just fabulous. I'm much more drawn to more traditional styles, like this one.

  7. how gorgeous! We are looking at a house in homewood that has two bedrooms upstairs. I have a feeling it is going to be like the last image. Looks beautiful, but I wonder if the kiddos will be as thrilled.
