Jenny posted about black botanical posters a few weeks ago, and I've been meaning to share I great source I found through
Nicole.
The Evolution Store's scientific German educational charts were illustrated during the 1950's and 60's and are available in two sizes. I especially like Dog Rose and Apple Blossom (below).

Those are great! I love the chalkyness of the black. xx
I lvoe that green floor!
I love these too. The apple green floor really makes the botanical stand out!
Oh, I really like these!
Just another thing I am adding to my list!
So pretty! In the same vein, I just designed my sister's home office (she's a brand-new doctor!) with black images of skeletal diagrams. Kind of quirky but kind of amazing at the same time!
I've been coveting these since I saw them on Jenny's blog too!!! Thanks for the resource!
gorgeous! something like that framed would be lovely in my new entry way set up.
They're beautiful. And I love the botanical green kitchen floor.
Trina ; )
I am not a lover of much green in a room but that kitchen is so pretty with that green floor !
The botanical is perfect.
that kitchen in my old neck of the woods has been a favorite of mine...and one of the reasons is that black botanical and how they framed it!! i actually love the whole house!
I love the botanical prints and nautical ones as well. I'm going to be framing some prints for our entry way this summer.
I love the beautiful saturated colour. However, the black background is somewhat sinister. It may sound weird to those that love these posters but I can't get beyond the black background. Botanical prints and black conjures occult. Anyway feel that way?
I love how the floors and the green in the print go together- what a lovely combo!
Too darn pretty! A little like having grass in the kitchen but without the mowing! Shiree'
Wow. That washstand is really nice!! It could go with several different styles.
My giveaway ends today. I think you would love the necklace that is being given away. It's gold... and gorgeous!! You should come enter. :)
