Beautiful. I love the view they must have from inside and the black on the walls! Like christina not totally sure about the stairs, but I could still make myself at home there!

I have the book and don't remember this house..I am going to look again right now! I am a little iffy about the stairs..
i am so drawn to those stairs, just not sure I'd ever be gutsy enough to do it!
All of these spaces look so comfortable and lived in - I even like the stairs!
