Day 1042's pretty

Our backyard was basically a blank slate (with a crumbling retaining wall) when we moved in, and we've slowly been taking it back from nature and restoring a little order. But we still have ways to go. I think this bench would really help, don't you?

Happy Weekend!

I think you DO need this bench! It has such a worn but classic look to it. Looking forward to seeing what changes you've made in your yard - you've done such a wonderful job with your home!
Have a wonderful weekend!

Yes - it is lovely. Reminds me of an old English garden. Do you know where it's from?

I love the bench. It would add beauty to any garden. Carla

It is a beautiful bench, but in some ways ( maybe only to me) it is hard looking and not very inviting. I believe I have seen benches like this in the gardens of a Church in Boston. Will your garden be this "formal" in style?
If I were choosing a bench for a garden of my own, it would be all about the French garden.. soft , curving , inviting, comfortable..

and there you have my 2 cents worth on a Saturday morning in Argentina :)
Have a lovely weekend..
